CONSTITUTION OF THE OXYGEN FARM ASSOC. INC.
AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
1. To acquire or receive land for the purpose of preserving in perpetuity, selected areas.
2. To take responsibility for the management of, and to minimise human intrusion into, these selected areas.
3. To preserve in perpetuity the natural environment including the flora and fauna.
4. To establish and maintain purity of water and soils.
5. To naturally produce oxygen and reduce atmospheric carbon dioxide.
6. To sell, subdivide, lease, let, or otherwise dispose of land (excluding selected areas), dwellings and the like.
7. To raise funds through memberships, subscriptions, loans, investments, donations, debentures, fundraising events and the like.
8. To promote ideas of conservation.
9. To do all such other things as are conducive or incidental to the affainment of the above.
MEMBERSHIP
Membership of the association is open to any person. The membership fee is fifty dollars ($50). The annual subscription is twenty five dollars ($25). Annual subscription is from 1st July each year.

The association adopted the standard model rules for incorporated associations. Copies of these rules are available on request for a small fee. Here is a brief summary:
